Everything families want to know about the Toddlers programme.

Is the Toddlers programme full-day or half-day?⌄

We offer both half-day (2 hours) and full-day (4 hours) options. Many families start with half-days and transition to full-day as their child settles in.

How do you handle separation anxiety?⌄

We have a gentle settling-in process with short sessions that gradually extend. Our teachers are trained to support both children and parents through this transition.

Is the programme in English only?⌄

Our primary language of instruction is English, but our teachers are sensitive to Bahasa Indonesia for comfort and communication with children who are new to English.

How do you track developmental milestones?⌄

We use the Learn from The Start™ developmental framework and share regular progress updates with families through our parent communication system.

What is the toilet training policy?⌄

We work collaboratively with families on toilet training. Children do not need to be fully toilet trained to join the Toddlers programme.

Can my child join mid-year?⌄

Yes — we welcome enrolments throughout the year subject to availability. Contact your preferred center to check current places.
